In applying to become a member of guys-dolls, I confirm to be bound by the following terms and conditions. I agree that these terms and conditions form a legally binding contract between guys-dolls and myself.

Based on the above, all information given to guys-dolls is accepted as accurate in all respects, in good faith be treated as strictly confidential under the Data Protection Act, and will be the basis of which the clients introductions are made. guys-dolls will not accept any responsibility for any occurrence as a consequence of any meeting with or relationship formed with any persons as a result of any introduction. guys-dolls will not be held in any way responsible for the action of its members. It is the members responsibility to contact guys-dolls if they wish to terminate their membership. guys-dolls reserve the right to refuse membership or withdraw the membership, from any person who, at its sole discretion it considers to be unsuitable. It reserves the right to strike off the register the name of member whose integrity may become suspect or who knowingly makes a false statement about his or herself where it is to be considered in the best interest of other members. Any feedback to the company may result in cancellation of membership.
