their fee at 1.5%. The money payable to the agent would be £3,375
plus £590 VAT making a grand total of £3,965

that are charged by them. However, our own experience in the industry
enables us to shortcut a straight forward procedures to the benefit
of the vendors.

over matters by having direct communication with your buyer. Once
you have accepted an offer, you simply put the matter in the hands
of your solicitor who will deal with the legality of the sale
for you to completion. At any stage you may contact us regarding
any matters which you are not clear on.
The service we offer also extends to landlords. Anyone wishing
to rent out a property can do so on our site and again will have
to deal direct with the tenant and the legalities. The fee remains
the same, just £95.

where you can complete all the property, contact and additional
information forms. Again be ready with a username and password
- these will be used by you to access your advert information
on our site in the future, this will automatically be e-mailed
to you after you have posted your advert.
The cost is a single one time payment of £95 until
sold or withdrawn.
